MJM were engaged by Lambert Smith Hampton to revive two end of lease office units within this City Centre landmark property.

Through detailed planning we overcame the construction access challenges with this multi use building located being located directly on the Metrolink route with traffic restrictions for deliveries and waste removal.

Overcoming Challenges

The project was planned using our own fleet of vehicles MJM removed the waste seamlessly without causing the long term obstruction of skips and managed deliveries without the requirement for permanent laydown areas.
