The business is led by Stephen who has over 18 years’ experience in the construction industry. Stephen now focuses on business development and oversees projects

Operations Director

The delivery of all projects are led by Kieron. Having led a successful contracting company for 10 years Kieron joined the team 8 years ago as a partner.

Having understood subcontract or operations Kieron was the perfect person to develop our in houseteam of engineers/operatives putting MJM a step ahead of its competitors. Kieron understands the value of having a large in house delivery team and the benefits this brings to the business. Not only does delivering many elements in house provide structure and control it also enables MJM to provide cost effective solutions.

We work closely with clients at the beginning of projects to ensure we fully understand their needs and advise on suitable design solutions to meet their budgets and aspirations. This dialogue is maintained throughout the project phases to ensure the finished product meets or exceeds the original project intentions.

At MJM, we do not see ourselves simply as ‘main contractors’, our aim is to build long lasting relationships with everyone within the delivery process, hopefully ensuring that we become the first port of call for all your project needs.

All Sub-contractors and Suppliers must satisfactorily complete a Pre– Qualification Questionnaire and attend a Pre-Selection Interview with members of the delivery and Safety Team prior to receipt of order.  

Our suppliers understand that MJM requires the highest standards of quality and safety driven by a proven track record. We are clear on our requirements and monitor performance throughout the contract
