Once the home of the ill-fated Titanic, 30 James Street overlooks the Three Graces, which comprises of the Royal Liver, the
Cunard, and the Port of Liverpool buildings.
Converted into a hotel, this iconic Grade 2 listed building includes luxury bespoke rooms and suites. MJM were contracted to ensure the highest quality finish was restored to the hotel over 4 floors
including the refit and renovation of famous rooftop bar and terrace.

> Critical fire safety upgrade undertaken in live hotel environment with
constraints of listed building consent
> Design and fit-out of new feature 7th floor bar and balcony area including commercial kitchen
